Modern Shoplex
Location: Ben Kiwanuka Street.
Unique Features: The uniqueness of this development is due to the fact that on Second Floor of the 9 levels of development, there is a steel bridge that connects the building to the opposite side of Ben Kiwanuka Street. Fortunately, both buildings are owned by one entity. The building also has 2 levels of basement business premises.
Completion Date: This was completed in December 2021
Arua Park Plaza
Location: Plot 80, Ben Kiwanuka Street and 33, William Street.
Unique Features: The development comprising Arua Park Plaza is on at least 7 Plots of land with interlinked usage. The building was designed for 19 floors but, construction stopped on the 11th. It has 4 levels of basement parking. It also has 2 parking levels on the 8th and 9th floors
Completion Date: Construction has been completed on 5 of the 6 plots.
Dunia House
Location: William Street
Unique Features: This 8-level tower has 2 levels of basement. It has 5 levels of shops 1 level of storage and 2 levels for lodging.
Completion Date: The construction commenced in January 2019 was completed in December 2020
Kisa Kya Maria Complex
Location: Plot 13 & 15, William Street.
Unique Features: This is a 11-level business complex with 2 levels of business premises. The complex was constructed on 2 plots of land.
Completion Date: The construction commenced in February 2017 was completed in December 2018
Freedom House
Location: Plot 01 & 03 Nkrumah/ Nasser Road
Unique Features: This 9-level complex is at the start of Nkrumah Road. It boarded both Nkrumah and Nasser roads. It is a business complex housing both shops and office space. There is also a provision for hotel accommodation on the 8th and 9th floors.
Completion Date: The construction commenced in January 2020 was completed in May 2021
Yunia House
Location: Plot 62, William Street.
Unique Features: This an 8-level complex, comprising of Shops and offices. The complex is provided with 2 levels of basement.
Completion Date: The construction commenced in March 2018 and was completed in September 2019
Justine Arcade
Location: Plot Kyaggwe Road.
Unique Features: This an 8-level complex, comprising of Shops and offices. The complex is provided with 2 levels of basement.
Completion Date: The construction was completed in June 2019
Kooki Tower
Location: Plot 4, The Square.
Unique Features: This is a 14-level development with 3 levels of basement floor with one of the floors being parking space for over 50 cars. There are 6 levels of shops 2 levels of offices and a provision for hotel and restaurants.
Completion Date: The construction commenced in November 2017 and was completed in June 2019.
